Continuing the development of the residential quarter in Pļavnieki, construction has begun on the final two residential buildings at the Deglava Gleznotāju rezidence development. The two buildings will offer 156 energy-efficient apartments.

To date, five residential buildings within the development have already been completed and commissioned, while construction is now underway on the remaining two. Alongside the new buildings, the surrounding area will continue to be enhanced with additional recreational spaces and children’s playgrounds, creating an even more attractive and comfortable living environment for future residents.
