This year, MONUM once again welcomed participants of Job Shadow Day. For several years now, we have seen a growing interest among young people in the construction industry, and we are proud to introduce the next generation to the professions and processes that shape modern construction.

Throughout the day, participants gained insight into MONUM’s daily operations, learning about workplace safety, BIM solutions, and the role of a Construction Site Manager, while seeing how theoretical knowledge is transformed into practical solutions on site.

At the CENTRUS project, the students also had the opportunity to explore construction from a developer’s perspective – from the initial idea and project planning to the creation of a high-quality, sustainable living environment.

The opportunity to experience construction from different perspectives is what makes Job Shadow Day such a dynamic, engaging, and inspiring experience.
