In May 2022, MONUM signed an agreement on the construction of two more multi-storey apartment buildings at 148 Augusta Deglava Street, Riga.

The project will create two ten-storey apartment buildings with a total number of apartments of 152. The new buildings will continue to develop the existing surroundings of Deglava Street and will be a modern addition to the Pļavnieki residential area.

Simultaneously with the start of the second phase, the two houses of the first phase are completed. A total of six houses are planned for the project.

The customer of the project is SIA “UNICO”. Work on the construction of the buildings is planned to start in the autumn of this year.
