The project has delivered a nearly zero-energy four-storey building comprising 7 studio, 18 one-bedroom and 5 two-bedroom apartments. All apartments feature balconies, fully fitted kitchens, individual heat metering and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.

Alongside the construction of the building, the surrounding grounds have also been landscaped to include a recreational area, a children’s playground and parking spaces. After all, a high-quality living environment extends beyond the walls of the apartment.

The new rental apartment building expands Smiltene’s housing stock, giving residents access to modern, comfortable and energy-efficient homes. The MONUM team is pleased with the result and proud to contribute to the development of the region through its work.
