SIA Miera Development, a company within the Invego Group, has signed a construction contract with SIA MONUM for the development of the Miera Rezidences residential project in Riga.

The project is being developed by Invego and Reterra, while its architectural concept was designed by Tectum architects. The development will comprise 172 energy-efficient apartments featuring 2.8-metre-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious balconies or terraces. The project will also include a landscaped, car-free courtyard and underground parking.

Construction will be carried out in two phases, with the first works on site scheduled to begin shortly.
