In October 2026, MONUM signed a contract with SIA “Graudu” for the construction of the AIRA residential development at Graudu iela 51, Riga.

AIRA is planned to be developed in two phases. Once fully completed, the complex will comprise four six-storey buildings with a total of 180 apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms.

The buildings are designed to achieve an A+ energy efficiency rating. They will feature underfloor heating, while solar panels will be installed on the roofs. The apartments will have 2.80-metre-high ceilings, large windows and functional layouts. The development will feature gated, landscaped grounds with a children’s playground, bicycle parking and video surveillance.

The first phase is scheduled to be completed within 14 months.
