On 6 November, MONUM signed a contract for the construction of multi-apartment buildings at 8A Kengaraga Street, Riga. The two phases of the project will result in the construction of five-storey multi-apartment buildings with a total of 132 apartments. We are starting the construction of the first multi-apartment house in December this year.

“The project of multi-apartment buildings in Ķengarags is a new challenge, and during its implementation we will undoubtedly benefit from the recent experience in constructing similar buildings in Vidzeme. The new buildings will be a modern addition to the existing surroundings,” says Kaspars Brencis, Construction Project Manager at MONUM.

The owner of the project is K8 residences SIA, and its total cost is 8,954,000 euro. Work on the construction of both new buildings is planned to be completed in the spring of 2021.
