В начале лета MONUM сдал в эксплуатацию Валмиерские многоквартирные дома. Что ж, постепенно в них начинают собираться жители. Интерес к возможности проживания в арендных домах Валмиеры велик, потому что почти половина ключей от квартир уже передана новым жильцам после двух туров аукционов.

Today, on the 7thof August, commissioning of the Sigulda Cultural Centre took place which reconstruction was commenced by MONUM into a low-energy consumption building in September 2017.
The court rejected the false insolvency claim of the construction company MONUM 14.06.2018
On June 8, the Riga City Court of Pardaugava made a decision to reject the application of SIA AVN Group to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against the construction company MONUM. The insolvency petition was unfounded and, as the court points out, the insolvency petition cannot be used as a solution to resolve civil disputes.

Multi-apartment rental houses in Valmiera were commissioned today, on June 8. There will be 15 one-room flats measuring 25–30 m2, 90 two–room flats measuring 34–41 m2, and 45 three-room flats measuring 50–54 m2available for residents. Some two- and three-room flats will have balconies. Storage rooms measuring 4 m2are planned for each apartment on the basement floor, in turn, an area for strollers and bicycles will be allocated on the first floor of the stair-hall.

The Limbaži and Salacgrīva municipality Sports School’s swimming pool was put in commission on the 6th of June. The swimming pool contains two pools – a large pool measuring 25 x 11 metres and a kids’ pool measuring 10 x 5 metres, an aerobics hall, gym, sauna, bathhouse, Jacuzzi, and outdoor patio.
