AFter winning an open competition, ’MONUM’ today signed an agreement with ’Jelgavas udens’ Ltd. for sewer and water network extension works in Jelgava city (section 1 – 6) withing the frame of European Union’s Cohesion Fund project “Water supply service development in Jelgava, stage IV” program. The project aims provide Jelgava residents with the city’s drinking water and sewerage service.

Works will take place in six separate sections in Jelgava city – in Druvas Street, Darza-Abelu-Udensvada and Lauku Streets, Vidus un Griezes Streets, Palu Street, Parka-E.Melngaila-Apinu-Rasas-Bruklenu un Eglu Streets, as well as Prohorova and Garozas Streets. In total ’MONUM’ will provide construction of 4.8km sewer pipelines and  2,7km aqueducts.

The works to be completed by November 1 of this year.
