In July 2025, we signed a contract for the construction of the final phase of the Deglava Gleznotāju Residence project – the sixth and seventh buildings. The last phase of the project will include 152 new apartments.

This is an important step in a long-term development project in which we have been involved from the very beginning. We continue to focus on quality, sustainability, and creating a modern living environment for the residents of Riga.
