In order to provide premises for the Academy of Justice, “Tiesu namu aģentūra” Ltd. and “MONUM” Ltd. have concluded a contract for reconstruction works in the building in Riga, on the 11.novembra krastmala 31.

The development of the building reconstruction project was carried out by the design company “JaunRīga” Ltd. A contract has been concluded with SIA “MONUM” for the reconstruction works in the amount of almost 6.5 million euros including VAT, of which approximately 4.8 million euros are expected to be invested in the reconstruction of the premises for the needs of the Academy of Justice.

The construction project envisages the reconstruction of the administrative building, in which the interior layout, engineering network and interior solutions will be changed. It is planned to install an elevator in the lobby of the first floor of the building, which will connect the five above-ground floors of the building. The building will have attic insulation, construction of a new heating unit, electrical unit and ventilation system. The project envisages the strengthening of existing covers, the creation of new risers, covers, elevator shafts and floors.

The total area of ​​the building is 4242 square meters. Two and a half floors of the five-story building will be adapted according to the requirements of the Academy of Justice. The construction period of the reconstruction project is 9 months.
