In September 2026, MONUM signed a contract with SIA Miera Development for the construction of the Miera Rezidences residential development at 75 Miera Street, Riga.

The project is being developed by Invego and Reterra. The development will comprise 172 energy-efficient apartments featuring 2.8-metre-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious balconies or terraces. Residents will also benefit from a landscaped, car-free courtyard and underground parking.

The project’s architectural concept was developed by Tectum architects, while MONUM is responsible for the construction works.

The project will be delivered in two construction phases: the first phase is scheduled to take 18 months, while the second phase will take 20 months.
