With this phase, a total of 365 apartments have now been completed, continuing the ambitious plan to create more than 500 energy-efficient homes in Pļavnieki.

The Deglava Gleznotāju Residence is being developed through the Latvian subsidiary KSIA “Unico” of the international company Electra Ltd. Construction works are carried out by MONUM, the project is designed by the architectural bureau SIA “Tectum”, and construction supervision is provided by BLV Advisory Group. The project is co-financed by AS “Rietumu banka”.

The fifth building, “Dali”, demonstrates the project’s goal of delivering modern, energy-efficient, and functional living solutions in Pļavnieki.
