The awards ceremony of the Latvian Construction Year Award 2024 took place on March 6, 2025. During the event, two Grand Prix awards were presented, and winners of the first, second, and third places in 10 categories were honored, along with several commendations.

In the category Industrial Facilities and Production Sites, the second place was awarded to the Wood Biomass Boiler House at Silikātu Street 8, Daugavpils. The client was Daugavpils siltumtīkli, the contractor MONUM, and the construction supervisor Dromos.
