A contract on the reconstruction of the Pāternieki Border Crossing Point has been concluded

On 27 December 2019 MONUM SIA, as the leading partner of the General Partnership MMG, signed a contract with Valsts nekustamie īpašumi VAS (State Real Estate SJSC) on the development of a construction project, design supervision and construction work at the Pāternieki Border Crossing Point, Piedruja Parish, Krāslava Municipality.

The total amount of the contract is EUR 2,656,591.34 excluding VAT.

The following works will be carried out as part of the project:

• measures to improve traffic;
• remodelling of canopies;
• construction of control pavilions;
• reconstruction of the main administrative building and landscaping.

As a result of the reconstruction, the border check point will be improved and modernised.

The project is planned to be completed by the end of 2020.
