MONUM signs a new contract for construction of a new building in Ādaži primary school 28.10.2019
On October 22, MONUM entered into an agreement to the existing contract for the construction of Ādaži Primary School, which provides for the construction of a new teaching block at 16 Attekas Street, Ādaži.

Daily business: EUR 4.9 million chip boiler construction starts in Valmiera 11.09.2019
The first stage of Valmiera wood chip boiler house construction has been opened. A capsule with a message for future generations has been built into the foundations of the Chip Boiler House - September 10 issues of the municipal newsletter Valmiera and the local newspaper Liesma, as well as two significant things - the Valmiera Growth Medal and the Bank of Latvia's anniversary coin dedicated to Jāzeps Vītols from Valmiera.

On 10 September, a time capsule with a message was laid in the construction site where the Valmiera boiler house is being built. The new wood chip biomass boiler house will be located at 1 Dakstiņu Street and will supply heat to the residents of the right bank of the Gauja River.
Quantum Block of Sigulda State Gymnasium has been opened 03.09.2019
On 2 September, the natural sciences and mathematics teaching block (the Quantum Block) of Sigulda State Gymnasium at 7 Ata Kronvalda Street was completed. A total of 511 pupils are starting their school days in the new building.

On 2 September, the newly built Ādaži Primary School at 16 Attekas Street, which is called one of the most modern schools in the Baltics, was officially opened. This year, a record number of children – 678 – are starting to attend this primary school building.

On the 23rd August the State Building Surveillance Office accepted the commissioning of the new natural sciences building of Sigulda State Gymnasium at Ata Kronvalda iela 7. The work at the construction of the new study building was started in spring 2018 and in the result a modern and spacious new building with the total floor space of more than 3000 sq. m has been constructed.
