During the award ceremony of the competition Latvian Construction Annual Award 2019, which was held on 10 March, Ādaži Primary School built by MONUM won the 2nd place in the category New Public Building.
Construction of the new teaching block of Ādaži Primary School continues 28.02.2020
At the end of 2019, we started work on the third stage of the construction of the Ādaži Primary School building. The first stage of the project involved the construction of a new building of Ādaži Primary School and the second stage was the construction of a gym.

At the end of 2019, MONUM started the implementation of the new project Divi krasti (Two Riverbanks), which involves the construction of two apartment buildings at 8A Ķengaraga Street, Riga.
A new building of the boiler house in Valmiera has been completed; construction of technological equipment continues 24.02.2020
Final work on the new boiler house facility is under way at 1 Dakstiņu Street, Valmiera. The building of the boiler house has been completed, and it is planned to finish general construction work in February.
Reconstruction of Sigulda State Gymnasium continues 21.02.2020
In the spring of 2018, MONUM started work on the project for construction of a new teaching block of Sigulda State Gymnasium and the reconstruction of the existing school building. The first stage of the project, the construction of the natural sciences and mathematics teaching block (the Quantum Block), was completed last summer.

In the spring of 2019, MONUM started work on the Latvian-Russian border crossing point Terehova, which is the busiest in the country. Major reconstruction and modernisation work is now underway as part of the project.

The topping out ceremony took place at the wood chip boiler house in Valmiera, which is expected to start its operations in the heating season 2020/2021. The cost of the project is EUR 4.9 million, of which EUR 1.66 million is co-financing from the EU Cohesion Fund.
