Latvia has been included as one of the host countries in the 2026 FIA European Autocross and Cross Car Championship calendar, further reinforcing its position within the European motorsport landscape.

The rallycross season will open in Riga on May 9–10 at the historic Biķernieki Circuit, hosting the opening round of the FIA European Rallycross Championship, Euro RX of Latvia. The event will bring together some of the fastest rallycross drivers from across Europe and beyond, competing on one of the most technically demanding circuits in the region.

Later in the month, on May 30–31, Bauska’s Mūsa Raceland will host a round of the FIA European Autocross and Cross Car Championships, gathering top-level drivers from across Europe and continuing Latvia’s strong traditions in autocross at the highest level.
