In May 2025, MONUM signed a contract for the construction of a multi-apartment rental building at Pļavas Street 3, Smiltene.

The project will feature a four-story building with a total of 30 apartments. It is designed to provide a modern living environment, including apartments of varying sizes, sustainable energy solutions, and functional layouts.

The project’s client is SIA “Smiltenes NKUP”, and completion is planned within 18 months.
