At the Deglava Gleznotāju Residence project in Pļavnieki, a topping-out ceremony was held for the third construction phase – a ten-storey residential building with a total of 71 apartments. In total, the project envisions six buildings.

The new development offers everything required for modern living – a variety of apartment sizes, energy-efficient solutions, spacious and well-considered layouts, and an ideal location in Pļavnieki.

The project is being implemented by the multi-disciplinary construction company MONUM, while the client is KSIA “Unico”, a subsidiary of Electra Group.
