On December 13 of this year, a topping-out ceremony was held for the low-rent apartment buildings in Valmiera, at Ķieģeļu Street 11/13. The new project includes the construction of two nearly zero-energy five-storey apartment buildings with a total of 120 apartments.

In keeping with tradition, a symbolic wreath was raised on the roofs of both buildings, signifying the durability of the structures and the strength of their construction. During the event, attendees had the opportunity to view the completed works and learn more about the project’s progress.

The client, SIA Valmieras namsaimnieks, expressed gratitude to the builders for the successful completion of this construction stage – the erection of the buildings up to their highest point and the conclusion of the major construction works.
