The gala ceremony of the “Latvian Construction Annual Award 2025” and “Latvian Engineer of the Year in Construction” competitions took place on 17 March 2026, bringing together leading industry professionals, representatives of public institutions, entrepreneurs, developers, architects, and designers.

Awards received by MONUM this year:

• In the “Latvian Engineer of the Year in Construction” competition, in the category Construction Works Manager of the Year, Oļegs Plotko – 3rd place
• In the same category, recognition awards were granted to Jānis Ramutis, Rolands Čakšs, Ervīns Priede, and Arnis Arkliņš
• In the category Project Manager of the Year, recognition awards were granted to Aleksandra Kalviša and Kaspars Brencis
• In the “Latvian Construction Annual Award 2025”, in the category New Residential Building, 2nd place was awarded to “Ceriņu nams”, Ceriņu iela 8, Bauska

These awards represent a recognition of the work and dedication of the entire MONUM team.
