A time capsule has been laid in the foundation of the boiler house in Valmiera 10.09.2019
On 10 September, a time capsule with a message was laid in the construction site where the Valmiera boiler house is being built. The new wood chip biomass boiler house will be located at 1 Dakstiņu Street and will supply heat to the residents of the right bank of the Gauja River.
Quantum Block of Sigulda State Gymnasium has been opened 03.09.2019
On 2 September, the natural sciences and mathematics teaching block (the Quantum Block) of Sigulda State Gymnasium at 7 Ata Kronvalda Street was completed. A total of 511 pupils are starting their school days in the new building.

On 2 September, the newly built Ādaži Primary School at 16 Attekas Street, which is called one of the most modern schools in the Baltics, was officially opened. This year, a record number of children – 678 – are starting to attend this primary school building.

The new building of natural sciences and mathematics of Sigulda State Gymnasium at Ata Kronvalda Street 7 has been put into operation, which will be opened to teachers and students at the beginning of the new school year.
The new building of Sigulda State Gymnasium has been commissioned 27.08.2019
On the 23rd August the State Building Surveillance Office accepted the commissioning of the new natural sciences building of Sigulda State Gymnasium at Ata Kronvalda iela 7. The work at the construction of the new study building was started in spring 2018 and in the result a modern and spacious new building with the total floor space of more than 3000 sq. m has been constructed.

On the 23rd August MONUM signed a new contract with the State Centre for Defence Military Sites and Procurement on construction of a warehouse building, including elaboration of the construction design, performance of construction works and author supervision at Krustabaznīcas iela 9, Riga.

At the end of July, the construction of the new natural sciences teaching block of Sigulda State Gymnasium at 7 Ata Kronvalda Street was completed. Representatives of the Sigulda Municipality Council, construction supervisors and architects got acquainted with the work done at the site of the gymnasium.
Ādaži Primary School has been put into operation 31.07.2019
On 18 July, after examining the required documentation and carrying out a general inspection of the building, the State Construction Control Bureau accepted Ādaži Primary School at 16 Attekas Street for operation. Work on construction of the primary school started in early 2018, resulting in a modern and spacious building measuring over 10,000 square metres.
