In the real estate project Deglava Painters’ Residence, Riga, Pļavnieki, the construction of the next two apartment buildings is starting, which will have 142 new apartments for the residents of Riga with a total area of 8250 m2. Rietumu Banka has granted an 8 million loan to the developer “Electra Group”, continuing to support the implementation of the project.

The construction site is already fenced off and heavy machinery is being brought in. At the end of April, the project received a certificate of fulfillment of the design conditions, which marks an important end point of the design stage, as well as the start of the construction process.

The construction of the project is implemented by SIA “Monum”. “Deglava Painters’ Residence” is a complex of 6 multi-storey houses divided into 3 levels. The project is implemented by the international company Electra Group, which is represented in Latvia by the joint venture SIA Unico.
