In May 2025, MONUM signed a contract for the construction of a multi-apartment rental building at 3 Pļavas Street in Smiltene.

The project will involve a four-storey building with a total of 30 apartments. The development will provide a modern living environment – apartments of various sizes, sustainable energy solutions, and functional layouts.

The project client is SIA “Smiltenes NKUP”. Completion of the project is planned by the end of 2026.
