At the beginning of November 2022, the construction company SIA “MONUM” concluded a contract for the development, construction and author supervision of the construction project of a new biofuel boiler house in Jūrmala. Object location – Nometņu iela 21a, Jurmala. The amount of the contract is 6.4 million euros.

Construction works are planned to be completed at the end of 2023. The client of the project is SIA “Jūrmalas Siltums”.
