A new phase of development has commenced at the PROMENĀDES MĀJAS project, with the demolition of former warehouse buildings completed and the installation of the first foundation piles now underway.

Preparatory works are currently progressing actively on site, paving the way for the imminent start of the structural construction of the residential buildings. Each stage is carried out in strict compliance with the highest quality and safety standards.

The project is gradually taking shape — in a location that until recently was occupied by industrial buildings, a modern and well-organised residential environment is now emerging in close proximity to the Daugava promenade.
