MONUM won 3rd place in the competition “Best Building of the Year in Latvia in 2016” in the category “New Public Building” for the business support centre – library SALA.

Eco-friendly construction materials were used in the construction of the building, while the energy for heating of the building is provided through renewable energy technologies – a deep bore heat pump, a solar power plant and solar collectors.
