At the end of 2025, MONUM signed a contract for the construction of the second phase of the CENTRUS quarter at 20 Blaumaņa Street in Riga.

Real estate developer Centrus Real Land is commencing the final phase of construction of the CENTRUS quarter. The project will feature five new residential buildings with high-quality apartments and commercial premises located on the ground floors.

CENTRUS is located in the historic centre of Riga, within the block bordered by Tērbatas, Blaumaņa, Dzirnavu and K. Barona streets.

The new quarter is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.

The buildings are designed by the architectural bureau Layout17, while construction works in the quarter are being carried out by the construction company MONUM.
