The real estate developer “Centrus Real Land” is launching the construction of the final phase of the CENTRUS quarter. The project will comprise five new residential buildings featuring high-quality apartments and commercial premises on the ground floors. The developer plans to complete the new quarter by the end of 2027. The architectural design has been created by the Layout17 studio, while construction works are being carried out by MONUM.

The ground floors will host seven commercial units (from 90 to 560 m²). During this phase, the quarter’s promenade will also be completed and fully landscaped.
