MONUM holds its annual Shadow Day 04.04.2025
We hosted, in the participants’ own words, an exciting, engaging, motivating, and stylish Shadow Day!
The shadowing participants were introduced to MONUM, the fundamentals of construction safety, the BIM system, and the daily routine of a construction site manager. The highlight of the day was a site tour of the Deglava Gleznotāju Residence, where the young participants had the opportunity to explore both the construction process and the finished result.
