On August 23, 2020, MONUM entered into a new agreement with the National Defense Military Facility and Procurement Center for the new construction of the warehouse building, including the development of the construction project, construction works and construction supervision at Krustabaznicas Street 9, Riga.

The project envisages the construction of a spacious and modern warehouse building for the needs of the Ministry of Defense. “This is an ambitious project, given its strategic importance and location. The scale of the project shows its importance for military structures and the city as a whole, ”says Markova-Gavrilova, MONUM project manager.

The total cost of the project is 3,776,980, 81 euros. Work on the new building of the warehouse building is planned to be completed already in the summer of 2021.
