After winning an open competition, on 27 September we signed a contract for “Development of the Construction Project, Construction and Author’s Supervision of a Multi-Floor Multi-Apartment Residential Building – New Building at Ķieģeļu Street 8/Mālu Street 1 in Valmiera.”

According to the contract, design work will take 23 week, while total time allocated for the design and construction of the building is 18 months, while the contract sum for the development of the construction project, construction and author’s supervision is set at EUR 7,983,580.
