On 25 March 2021, MONUM, as the leading partner of the General Partnership MONUM D, signed a contract for the construction and assembly works at the substation Viļaka, Susāji Parish, Viļaka Municipality.
A modern school building and sports arena to be built in Ogre 19.02.2021
In April 2020, MONUM, as the leading partner of the General Partnership MMG, signed a contract for development of the construction design, construction work and design supervision for the building of Ogre State Gymnasium and sports arena. Work on the development of the construction designs for the school building and the sports arena building has now been completed, and the expert examination of the designs has been started.

A new building of the Ādaži Primary School with 16 specialised classrooms has been commissioned today. The new teaching block, which is architecturally adapted to the main building, marks the third and fourth stages of the ambitious Ādaži Primary School project.

Topping out ceremony held at the personal equipment warehouse facility 03.12.2020
Honouring the traditions of construction, on 3 December a topping out ceremony was held at the MONUM construction site at 9 Krustabaznīcas Street, where the personal equipment warehouse of the National Armed Forces is being built. The event took place, observing the restrictions set in the country.
