On December 15, 2021, MONUM, as the leading partner of the MMG company, entered into an agreement with SIA Jūrmalas Siltums for the development, construction and supervision of a biomass boiler house construction project, in Jurmala, Dubultos, st. Slokas. 47A.

On February 16 this year, the building was commissioned. The total area of the building is 532.1 m2, the building volume is 3867 m3, the built-up area is 5822 m2.
