The territory occupied by industrial buildings in Alūksne is under development, and, thanks to our win in an open competition, on 29 March we have signed a contract for construction work in the 1st phase of the construction of an industrial park at Rūpniecības Street 1A. As part of the project, a factory-warehouse building will be built spanning 998.55 m2.  Construction work is due to be completed in the autumn of this year.
