On  May 29 a contract was signed between SIA “Valmieras Namsaimnieks” and SIA “MONUM” for the construction of two new rental houses in Valmiera. The new project will feature two nearly zero-energy five-story apartment buildings with 120 apartments. Object location – street Ķieģelu 11/13, Valmiera. The amount of the contract is 12.11 million euros.

Construction works are planned to be completed in 18 months. The client of the project is SIA “Valmieras Namsaimnieks”.
