Design, supervision and construction of Sigulda sports complex 2015

Following the contracts signed on May 22, 2015, we have finalized sketch and technical design for the new Sigulda sports complex in Ata Kronvalda Street 7 in Sigulda, provide the author’s supervision during project implementation, as well as construction works.
The complex will provide the main entrance, a gym, swimming pools with recreational zones on the first floor and athletics sector and fitness areas on the second floor and two connections to adjacent Sigulda secondary school buildings and athletics stadium.
Total project price: 8.3 million EUR.
The client: Sigulda regional council.
