On July 4, 2024, a contract was signed between the Daugavpils City Municipality and SIA “MONUM” for the construction of an Industrial Park. The new project will encompass an industrial park covering approximately 11,100 m².

The site is located at Lidostas Street 4, Lociki, Naujenes Parish, Daugavpils District.

The contract amount is 20.3 million euros.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
