Construction of the first phase of the Ādaži Primary School and the adjacent street 2018

On 21 February 2018, MONUM signed a contract for the construction of the first phase of Ādaži Primary School and the street (the extension to Attekas Street) adjacent to the new school building.
The area of the new school building will be 10,500 m². The new school building will be designed with high energy efficiency indicators to reduce its running costs.
Total contract price: EUR 17,626,000 + VAT
