The first apartment keys in the future rental houses in Valmiera could be handed over to tenants in March next year. Thus, introducing journalists to the first fully completed apartment, we both the builders and the mayor of Valmiera promised. Currently, 150 apartments are being built in two buildings, but as the interest already exceeds the offer, it is likely that new rental houses will have to be built. It has already been reported that this is the first such project in Latvia.
