On 6 April 2021, a topping out ceremony in compliance with the restrictions set in the country was held at MONUM’s project Divi krasti (Two Riverbanks), where the second apartment house is being built.

“We have completed the work on the assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete structures of the second building and are starting the installation of internal utility systems, such as heating, plumbing, low voltage and electricity. In the near future, we also plan to start masonry of partitions and construction of the roof covering,” Kaspars Brencis, Construction Project Manager at MONUM, outlines the status of the project.

The two multi-storey residential buildings of the project will offer 132 two-, three- and four-room apartments. The new buildings will make a modern addition to the existing neighbourhood. We plan to complete the project already at the end of this year.
