Honouring the ancient traditions of construction, on 10 September a topping out ceremony was held at the MONUM construction project in Mārupe, where a multi-storey apartment house is being built.

In the project Deglava Painters’ Residence, where apartments, parking lots and storage rooms, a green area and children’s playgrounds are planned, window-laying works have already started, but the finishing of the buildings will follow. In addition, it is planned to build bicycle parking, a recreation area and a sports field.
