The second part of the Mārupes nami project was put into operation at 27 Ventas Street.

About 1.5 years of responsible construction process has been completed, during which a four-story apartment building with 100 new apartments has been built. The owners of apartments in the Mārupes nami project will soon be able to move into their new homes.
