Work on the construction project for the extension to Attekas street in Ādaži has been completed 04.02.2019
Not only state-of-the-art buildings, but also advanced infrastructure is indicative of a modern city. We have completed work on the construction of the extension to Attekas Street in Ādaži. This is an important project, as it provides an easier access to the Ādaži Primary School, which is now under construction and is set to open its doors this autumn, as well as demonstrates the development of the city’s infrastructure as a whole.

Topping out ceremony at the new block of Sigulda State Gymnasium 19.12.2018
On 19 December, the topping out ceremony took place at the new block of Sigulda State Gymnasium. The work on the assembly of all load-bearing structures of the gymnasium’s natural sciences and mathematics teaching block has been completed, while the facade finish work and the construction of the utility networks continue.

Topping out ceremony at Ādaži Primary School 15.11.2018
On Thursday, 15 November, the topping out ceremony took place at the new Ādaži Primary School to mark the completion of a construction phase. According to traditions, topping out is held when the last beam is placed atop the building frame and the roof structure is erected.

On 25 October, a time capsule with a message for future generations was laid in the foundation of the new block of Sigulda State Gymnasium’s building, which is being constructed by MONUM. On the 6th and 7th October the youngest Latvian motocross riders ranked first and second in the race "Coupe de l’Avenir’’ or the Future Hope Cup qualification in Belgium. The youngest athletes of the class MX65 won and the MX85 team was second. Nine athletes of the Latvian National Team won the overall among thirteen competing countries.
