At the end of February 2024, MONUM signed a contract for the construction of another multi-storey multi-apartment residential building at Augusta Deglava street 148, Riga.

The project will create a ten-story multi-apartment building with a total number of apartments – 71. The new project provides everything needed for a modern home – a selection of apartments of various sizes, energy-efficient solutions, spacious and well-thought-out plans, an ideal location in Pļavnieki.

The client of the project is SIA “UNICO”. Work on the construction of the building is planned to start in the second quarter of this year.
