On the 23rd August MONUM signed a new contract with the State Centre for Defence Military Sites and Procurement on construction of a warehouse building, including elaboration of the construction design, performance of construction works and author supervision at Krustabaznīcas iela 9, Riga.

The project provides for construction of large and modern warehouse building for the needs of the Ministry of Defence. „This is an ambitious project taking into account its strategic importance and location. The project scope indicates its importance for military structures and the city as a whole,” Rita Markova-Gavrilova, MONUM Project Manager, says.

The total costs of the project amount to 3,776,980. 81 euro. The works at the new construction of the warehouse building are scheduled to be completed in winter 2020.
