The project “Water development in Salaspils and Saulkalne, phase II”, which took place in Salaspils county, has come to an end and the newly built networks are put into operation. In total ~18 627m water supply networks, ~12 443m gravity sewerage networks and ~ 932m sewage penstock and two pumping stations have been constructed, while two sewage pumping stations have been sucesfully reconstructed.

The project was implemented by the European Union Cohesion Fund co-financing.

On April 17, the representatives from Salaspils municipality and the companies ’MONUM’ and Valgums-S, celebrated the contract performance and commissioning of the engineering structures in Salapils county.
