On 12 February 2021, MONUM, as the leading partner of the General Partnership MMG, signed a contract for development of the construction design, design supervision and construction work at infrastructure facilities for truck drivers: a new building at 39 Zaļā Street/1 Lidlauka Street, Bauska and a new building at 88 Rīgas Street, Ādaži.

The project will include the construction of two modern buildings for use by truck drivers. The new buildings will contribute to the development of the existing infrastructure in Ādaži and Bauska, and their total area will be more than 20 thousand square metres. The project also provides for the landscaping of the existing area measuring over 10 thousand square metres and the creation of 260 parking spaces.

The owner of the project is VISSA SIA, and its total cost is EUR 6,424,775.84.
