On July 14, 2020, MONUM, as a leading member of the general partnership MMG, entered into an agreement on the construction of an apartment building at 27 Ventas Street, Mārupe.

The project “Mārupes nami” will create a four-storey building with a total number of apartments of 100. The apartment building will have modern two-room, three-room and four-room apartments with an area of 47 to 110 square meters.

“Given our experience in residential construction, we are pleased that this project has been entrusted to MONUM. In Mārupe, especially in the neighborhood where the new apartment building will be built, the infrastructure and living environment have been developed. The house we built will perfectly complement the existing surroundings and the project “Mārupe houses”, “says Kaspars Brencis, MONUM construction project manager.

Construction works on the project “Mārupes nami” are planned to start in August this year. The building will be available to residents by the end of 2021. The customer of the project is SIA “Ventas 27”.
